All payments will be processed via PayPal’s Secure Payment Network after hitting the "submit" button at the bottom of this page. You do not need a PayPal account to order online. All major credit/debit cards are accepted on the payment page.

Please complete the form fields below and enter in your payment details on the PayPal payment pop-up screen to complete your order. Once you reach a webpage that states your order is complete, with a PayPal transaction ID#, you can close out of your internet browser.

You will also receive an email receipt directly from the PayPal.com website after the process is completed (check your junk/spam folder if it does not come through to your inbox). If you do not receive a receipt by email you have not completed the order.
